Authentication Mail Templates

Engine Settings → Theme Options → Users Templates:

  • Register Mail: Sent to users upon successful registration if Email Confirmation is disabled (found under Engine Settings → Theme Options → Users → Email Confirmation). This email excludes the user’s password. If Email Confirmation is enabled, users receive the Confirm Mail and Confirmed Mail instead.

  • Confirm Mail: Sent to users immediately after successful registration to prompt email verification.

  • Confirmed Mail: Sent to users to confirm successful email verification.

  • Forgot Password Mail: Sent to users when they request a password reset.

  • Reset Password Mail: Sent to users to confirm a successful password reset.

  • New Message Alert: Sent to users upon receiving a new message.


Engine Settings → Theme Options → Microjob Templates:

  • New Post Notification: Sent to the admin when a user submits a new mJob.

  • mJob Approved Notification: Sent to the user when one of their mJobs is approved.

  • mJob Rejected Notification: Sent to the user when one of their submitted mJobs is rejected.

  • mJob Archived Notification: Sent to the user when one of their posted mJobs is archived.


Engine Settings → Theme Options → Payment Config Templates:

  • Cash Payment Receipt: Sent to the user upon completing a payment plan with cash.

  • Payment Receipt: Sent to the user upon payment via any gateway other than cash.


Location: Engine Settings → Theme Options → Microjob Templates:

  • New Order Notification: Sent to the seller when a new order is placed for their mJob.

  • Delivered Order: Sent to the buyer when a seller delivers an order.

  • Accepted Order: Sent to the seller when the buyer accepts the mJob delivery.

  • Order Dispute (Admin Template): Sent to the admin when a user disputes an mJob order.

  • Order Dispute (User Template): Sent to the user when their partner disputes an mJob order.

  • Microjob Order Request Declined: Sent to the user when their microjob order request is declined.

  • Order Automatically Finished by System: Sent to both buyer and seller when an order’s status is automatically updated to "Finished" after the admin-defined waiting period expires.

  • Order Finished - Commission Notification: Sent to admins when an order’s status changes to "Finished," indicating commission details.

  • Deleted Order Notification: Sent to users when an admin deletes an order in the backend.

  • Restored Order Notification: Sent to users when an admin restores a previously deleted order in the backend.


Location: Engine Settings → Theme Options → Microjob Templates:

  • New Custom Order Notification: Sent to sellers when a buyer submits a new custom order.

  • Offer Sent Notification: Sent to buyers when a seller responds with an offer for their custom order.

  • Custom Order Declined by Seller: Sent to buyers when a seller declines their custom order.

  • Offer Rejected by Buyer: Sent to sellers when a buyer rejects their offer.


Dispute Decision Mail Templates

Location: Engine Settings → Theme Options → Microjob Templates:

  • Seller Wins Template: Sent to the user when the admin resolves a disputed order in favor of the seller.

  • Buyer Wins Template: Sent to the user when the admin resolves a disputed order in favor of the buyer.


Location: Engine Settings → Theme Options → Withdraw Templates:

  • New Secure Code Request: Sent to the user when they request a secure code.

  • New Withdrawal Request: Sent to the admin when a user submits a withdrawal request.

  • Withdrawal Request Approved: Sent to the user when their withdrawal request is approved.

  • Withdrawal Request Declined: Sent to the user when their withdrawal request is declined.
