# EE W3 Total Cache

W3 Total Cache is the best and most professional plugin supporting your site speed (Cache). It includes Page Cache, Database Cache, Object Cache ( Cache for widget, menu, query, etc.)   

#### 1.    General setting

After W3 Total Cache activation, you can see the notification as below:

The first thing you should do after the activation is to go to **Performance> Dash Board** and click on **Compatibility Check** .

#### 2.    Basic Setting 

You should work out on the basic setting before moving to advanced setting to avoid errors on website access.\
To do this, go to **Performance> General>** and check only on **Page Cache – Disk**: **Enhanced** and **Browser Cache** as the images below.

#### 3.    Advanced Settings: 

**Use Database Cache** \
To use Database Cache, you should set up Memcached. Please go to **W3 Total Cache -> General**, check **Database Cache** and choose **Memcached** .\
